can we know when i must order "CCXIVR-70DB1PS1" and when we mustn't and what is the difference between CCXIVR-70DB1PS1 and CCXIVR-70DB2PS1.

This part code is required when you want to use SQL2000 rather than MSDE as the database engine on the UCCX server.
SQL2000 has better tools than MSDE for exporting data and can support larger databases.
The difference between the two part codes relates to the number of processors within the UCCX server.
CCXIVR-70DB1PS1 supports one processor and is suitable for MCS 7816/7825/7835 servers.
CCXIVR-70DB2PS1 supports two processors and is suitable for MCS7845.
