We are currently routing via Device Target labels and want to switch to Agent Targeting Rule.
The routing clients and extension ranges are already defined and after switching the targeting mode in PG Explorer, our test ACD extension w/o a device target did not allow an agent to login. We restarted the PGs and tested again but no change.
Is there a step we are missing that activates the change?
