Hello Everyone,
My aim is when someone connected the agent , agent make a blind transfer(to another application for payment) with using configured task button and then customer will return the same agent , so i added two action on the same button ; first action to make a transfer and second one is to change agents state to not ready(agent should be not ready during this time. No calls should be come to the agent)
Transfer action is working but second action(make agent state not ready) is not working .
Can someone help me about this problem ? Can i do that with this way or other way ?
