Would like to use the IP phone agent. All works accept for Enterprise data showing. Looks like the phone runs a "telecaster" app. Looking at the "Cisco Desktop Product Suite Install Guide" Seems I have to create a callmanager user called telecaster with a password of telecaster. Since the Callmanager is AD intergrated I would have to create an AD telecaster user with the same password. Not to go into why well known passwords and passwords that match users names might be a bad idea. Does anyone know if/how to change this password?

You can change the account password using the windows using the Computer management console change local user account passwords. If not possible try disabling Password Must Meet Complexity Requirements in Administration Tools > Local Security Policy.

On the Windows side, the password is changed in obvious ways of which I'm sure you're aware.
On the IPCC Express side, you need to encrypt a new password and put it in the IP Phone Agent Interface's config file. The configuration file is called AgtStateSvr.cfg and is found in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\IP Phone Agent Interface. There are parameters in here for "CM User ID" and "CM User Pwd". You can change to a different user ID if you like. The tool to encrypt a new password is called "pwcrypt" and is found in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\Util. I'm sure you'll have to restart at least the TAI Server service after making the change.
