Does anyne know how to change the LDAP Administrator username and password in IPCC? I can change the username but the password is grayed out so I can't change it. I am using IPCC 4.0(3) with an Active Directory integration.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since you are integrated to AD you will need to change the password from Active Directory Users and Computers.

Was this questions answered?

I ran the serviceability option to change the ldap password but it only changed the Cisco Callmanager LDAP settings under user management but under system ldap information.

any ideas?

Thanks

if you have your CCM integrated with LDAP for example windows active directory

and your IPCCX take the login details from CCM

in this case if you want to change the password you need to change it from AD

good luck

Hi, its not just the password but also the username I need to change.

We've run the ad plugin on the cucm cluster (4.2(3)) and change the username / password for ad integration (it was originally setup using the ad administrator username).

Now I've run crs serviceability (4.0(3)) on the uccx cluster and change the username password which connects to the cucm cluster, but now I need to change the "LDAP administrator username" and "LDAP administrator password" user menu "System>LDAP Information".

Thanks
