How I can change the datasource of the STOCK value list "Agents" into a productive CUIC 10,0 system environement, where I can't delete the reports, the report definition and the existing value list.?
Soemone has choosen the wrong datasource while importing the first version of stock templates. I'm able to change the content of the value list query by importing an updated report definiftion but the datasource doesn't change, even if I choose another one during the import.
Unfortunately without permissions to make changes there is no way for you to fix this. Reimporting the report definition will not itself change the value list. What you might be able to do is open a case with Cisco and they may be able to go in and change the data source to the correct one through the back end.

I want to find out how many agents are configured for an attribute. I have followed all the steps which are provided by the Cisco UCCE 11.6 API guide but I could not get the count. Is it possible to get a count of agents or not?
