how can i change administrator password of Rogger,PG,ISN .Does it any impact on rogger database.

logger/AW databases are controlled by ICM predefined users, so changing administrator password will not affect any ICM or database services.

Almost the same question. I need to change local administrator passwords for CCM, ICM, IVR, DAWS, MRPG servers.

I found the manual concerning IVR.

Are there any resources describing changing password for other servers?

Or it's enough to change the Administrator password and no additional steps are required? Will the callcenter keep working in this case?
