I need to check if an agent is logged on - easy but I need to check if they are idle ie available to make a call. I tested using If statement ready>1 with X as going to announcement but it seemed to fail
1X agent logged on
Made a call to the same agent- agent talking
Made a second call but the call was queuing not going to announcement
does anyone know of any logic for the if statement

Presumably this is for UCCE? If so, post a screenshot of your UCCE script and logic. I'm guessing you mean you're checking an overall skill and not a particular agent's availability?
