Hi,
We are trying to upgrade Cisco Advance Quality Management from 8.0 to Cisco Workforce Management.
Can someones help me on how to proceed with the upgrade procedure.

Did you review the release notes and the AQM upgrade guide available on Cisco website?
Did you have specific question on specific step, etc?
