My Contact Center Express is version 7.0 (1) Sr01_Buil210.
At the begin of the installation when they ask me at the Slection Windows : Cisco Unified Contact Center Express CAD and CSD Language....
I selected French and the customer want it in English! So now how can i change it ? Does I need to wipe the entire server OS and re-install from zero ? Any idea ?

Localization of Cisco Agent Desktop and Cisco Supervisor Desktop is driven by the language that you specified when installing CAD/CSD on the server. You should be able to rerun the installer and select a different CAD/CSD language without adversely impacting any other existing installation or configuration on the server.
