Basically what you are looking to achieve is SSO that does not exist for UCCX/UCCE as of now. The best CAD application can do is that it can retain the userid and extension but the user will still need to enter the password.

Thanks For Reply,
There is a PhoneDev file on cad desktop installation path, the thing is that i want to know is that if i can add parameter on it to save other credential information like password.
file path is : "c:\program files (x86)\cisco\desktop\config"
after first login the PhoneDev file come like this:
[PhoneDevice]
Appearance0=100>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Correct extention
[AgentID]
AgentID=k.ballmer>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Correct AgentID
[AgentMobilePhone]
RemoteAgent=0
Number=
AgentWorkMode=0
I Just want to add parameter to this file that could save password in it.

I am aware of that phone config file and infact those two values i.e., extension and userid come from that only. Adding something for password, there is nothing as such that you can do since system will not understand that.
If you want you can try playing with it. If your agents really do not need to enter the password, configure One Button Login that is completely phone based way to handle ACD calls no desktop involved at all whatsoever.
