Cisco Desktop - Customize View (Add-On)

Hello all,

My old company had an add-on or script that they installed to provide Cisco Desktop Users with a similar view to the Supervisor Desktop.

I want my techs to be able to see the same real-time displays that are available on the Supervisor Desktop:

Does anyone know where I can find this add-in or code to customize our Cisco Desktop Agent views?

You can create CUIC reports to provide that data and then create a dashboard which will show the above.
