Hi All,
I'm trying to segregate the rules for the email workflow based on the origin country where it came from. A simple example would be
a) if email from country A -> set priority 1
b) country B -> set priority 2
Is there a way to tell where the email came from through the workflow? Using data adapter link?

You could do something with a branch node examining the caller's email address - if ends with ".de" (Germany), if ends with ".at" (Austria), etc.
Is this integrated with ICM or is it a stand-alone EIM, perhaps with UCCX for the voice channel?
