Hi Team,
We are getting following error with Cisco Finesse, we have UCCX 10.5 version.
Error: Error Processing report. refresh page or contact administrator .

Hi,
Are you getting this error message for all the agents or a particular one. If it is happening for a particular agent then you might have to check for the below defect:

Please note, Finesse Agent Desktop on the page wherein you are getting error message actually connects to CUIC to get Live Data Reports and if the agent had a colon in username and password then the issue will happen.
If the issue is happening with all the agents, then share your XML Layout and also tell me if you are using the default layout or your own customized one.

By default you should see the "Agent CSQ Statistics Report" there.
One simple thing to check is whether there is at least one CSQ associated with the team that the agent is on.
