Hello,

Let me know if we buy new UCCX then we will get Finesse Server facility with in UCCX bundled with BE6000 or we have to propose separate server also let me know is Premium licenses required for each IVR port or Port license in enough?

1. Finesse is co-resident with UCCX, and is available with Enhanced and Premium licensing.

2. With Enhanced licensing, you get the total number of agents plus 150 IVR ports.

3. With Premium licensing, you get the total number of agents plus 2 ports per agent. So, for 30 agents, you would get 60 ports.
