Hi all!
My client use CRS version 4.0(5)
Yesterday one server has some problem. So we have to re-install IP IVR at the same Server(MCS Server)
but we have no S/W CD...
How can I get IVR 4.0(5)SR02?
Please. Let me know......I will waiting reply

Hi Kim,
Why do not you speak to Cisco SE/AM who can help u in providing the CD?
I remember CRS which used to get install on Publisher [Windows based Call manager] and is very old.

yes right..I agree ur opinion..I was already requested to SE/AM, even PSS..
I believe they will help me...but I think It need more time..You know that 4.0(5) version is End Of Support Version..
Sometimes..Much better use Cisco support community then request to Cisco...
