Cisco IP-IVR getting more digits thro voice input

Hi All,

I m new to Cisco CRS Editor and I m developing speech application.

In that application I need to develop a state to get Account Number thro voice and DTMF and that particular state need to get transfered if user presses "1" or saying "Operator". How to make that out?

I have to finish that module in 2 days..If any body knows please help.

I donno how this document might help me..Can you please tell me that which Cisco CRS step to be used to collect a number along with recognizing the "non digit word" voice input. Is any step is supporting this task?

I could not use the" Get Digit String step" as it is not allowing me to specify explicit grammar. And Also I could not use "Simple Recognition Step " as I cannot collect the user input here. I need a step which will do these two job combinedly??? If any idea please help.
