What IP phones I can have for agents if I have agent aplication on PC?
Can I have some other IP phones then 7970, 7960, 7940?

Hi, if you have an agent application on PC you can have any Cisco 7900 Series IP Phone.
Cisco IP phones 7970, 7960, 7940 are used when you don't have a PC an you need an XML application on the IP Phone for the agent.

But the only problem with agent and ip phone models below 7940 is that they do not have a headset port. And this is a big issue for callcenters.

Hi,
You can use headsets with 7912 or 7905. There is an special cable to plug the headset in the earphone port.
In this case you have to replace the earphone by the headset.
