Cisco IP Phone Agent (IPPA)

I have CUCM and UCCX installed in one city and some phones configured with Cisco IP Phone Agent (IPPA) on a client located in another city, there was a network in this location that the phones are installed that was via RADIO. Today this scenario has changed and we have an mpls in this locality. My problem: The user is logged in ip phone and is losing the connection, or the agent displaces the device. Anyone have any idea what can be happening?
