Does Cisco Support IGEL Universal Desktop models with the Linux based operating system. Much like the recent announcement on Windows support Cisco of  VXME

If you are asking this for UCCX/UCCE then No. The only supported Desktops are Windows 7, 8.1, Mac,  VMware View, Citrix XenDesktop, Horizon View:
