Cisco UC Sizing & Configuration Tool 9.0(2) Problem

Hello Expert Team,

I have just downloaded the Cisco UC Sizing & Configuration Tool 9.0(2) and installed on some PC, but I couldn't run it:

1. OS: Win7 32 bit + MS Office 2007 ---> issue

2. OS Win XP SP3 + MS Office 2007 ---> issue

3. OS:Win7 + MS Office 2010--->Issue

Anyone had the same issue?
