Cisco UCCE 10.5 CCB , CallBack taken by Customer not landing on agent

Hi i have setup Cisco UCCE 10.5 LAB. and CVP 10.5.

Call back is setup fine, Call Back generated to customer, customer accept the call and when chose option to talk with Agent , hears the Rings and calls hangups. Can some share the reason for that. Any log to attached required. Thanks
