CIsco UCCE 10.5 setting for CAD to restrict any extension from login as agent (registry setting)

Hi,

Does any one know any registry setting in UCCE 10.5 for CAD where we can restrict any extenstion from login in as agent

I know we have JTAPI user where phone mac address is associated also we have device tragetting rule and device profiles were we mention extensions but customer is saying they had this in 7.x and that setting has not carry forwarded to 10.x

Please let me know

Are you looking for "RejectLoginWithoutDeviceTarget" registry in pim ?

Hi,

yes I tried it in my lab and it works good so this restricts any non acd line which the agents by mistake use to login into cad.
