Hi,
I am having issue with CUIC reporting where agent login logout report shows logout reason code = 32764
I have uninstalled the CAD on agent desktop and see some network error in agent desktop logs.
When I check the services on both UCCX Prim and Sec server all are good and there is no failover happened
Please let me know if anyone has seen this or if its a bug ??

32764 happens for one of the below two main reasons:
1) UCCX failover happening causing CAD to lose connection from the active server and connecting to the new Master server in HA environment. However you have verified that failover did not happen hence we can keep this reason side
2) Agents PC losing connection to the UCCX server causing CAD to logout and hence showing the reason code of 32764 which I believe is happening in your case. Check for any network related issues along with any ports blockage, firewall etc on the agents PC due to which CAD is losing connection and then try to fix the same.

Having the same issue across the board with all CAD agents. They are not getting logged out but reporting is showing that they are through out the day (reason code 32764) We use 2Ring dashboard and it showing them logged out as well, which makes since because it's looking at the DB for logged out status. I pin pointed the date it started occurring but no changes were made on either the network itself or voice side around that time. Did you resolve your issue?
