Hello Dears,
I have UCCX 12.5SU3, I tried to customize a report by adding a new column which will depend on the talk time, if it's less than two minutes then it will give 1, and if more than two minutes will give 0, I copied the "Agent Wrap-Up Data Detail Report definition" and edit it as shown below:
Then i selected the footer as sum:
But in the report, it gives me a "--" Instead of adding up the numbers:
Any suggestion please?
