Cisco UCCX Finesse is not register.

Hello Dear,

I have configure cisco UCCX with the CUCM. when I call to route point Ext. then call is not receive any phone. Because of phone is not ready state. Is it required to login first  finesse to ready state the phone ?

 

Please help to the point.

The context service doesn't matter if you dont use that.

 

For an agent to be ready on the phone, the agent has to be logged into finesse. It is only in finesse you can control the agent state (Or FIPPA if you are using that)
