Cisco UCCX Migration

Hi,

 

We have existing environment with Cisco UCCX 12.5 which need to be migrated to another UC cluster. we partially did the migration including relocation to another host, IP, DNS and Domain changed but issue is related to RmCm which is stuck on "initialization". so Cisco Finesse is "out of service".

 

Please support to fix this issue.

Please try the steps given below if the issue still persists:

 

• Reset the RMCM user username and password.
• Restart the CCX engine post that. 

 

If the issue still persists, ensure to check the Tomcat trust certs on the UCCX from the CUCM.
