Hi All
I just resolved an issue with the Cisco Unified CCX database out of order. I performed a procedure as follows:
-Navigate to Tools->Data Store Control Center->Replication Servers.
-Disable CDS and HDS.
-Go back to Replication Servers page and select Reset Replication.
-Wait for 30 minutes and then re-enable CDS and HDS.
Then of this the report was lost in the date that occurred the issue.
how to recovery this report?
TIA
Cristian

Yeah, if that's the case, the data is just gone. Seen that before, and there's just nothing you can do about it.

I'm not clear on what you are saying here. Did you loose the stock/saved reports? Or are you saying you lost some data for the period involved where you were working on it?
If you are missing stock templates, you can just reload them. If you saved customized versions, they *might* reappear. If that doesn't work, you may have to restore from a DRS backup, which comes with a different set of issues.
If you are asking how to recover data from the period while replication was not working, you are probably out of luck. It's unlikely you can recover that data.
