Cisco unified CCX Administration : Warning: No backup device is configured.

Dear's,

As soon as i am loging into the cisco unified ccx administration page, i am getting a warning as follows:

"Warning : no backup device is configured.This is require to recover your system in case of failure. Please refer to backup device configuration page. "

the page is not allowing me to enter into any tabs in the page. Kindly advice to solve this issue.

2 seperate issues here, the tabs problem is usually caused by browser compatibility so the eaiset way to solve it is to add the URL to compatability view  in your browser or try different browsers. 

For DRS backup issue you need to login to DRS page and review last backup status, perhaps the SFTP server it points to is no longer available or credentials were changed.
