Cisco Unified CM Configuration in the CCX

Hi;

is there any way to change the IP addresses of the Cisco Unified CM Configuration in CCX. it seems we can only add the call manager IP address during the initial setup only.

Hi,

You can access the CLI of primary UCCX server and issue the below command to change the IP address of CUCM:

set uccx provider ip axl <IP address of CM1, IP Address of CM2>

After running the above command, it will ask you to restart services but no need. Just login into UCCX and go to System >> Cisco Unified CM configuratio n page and you should have the new IP address for CM
