Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization

Hello,

I am having an issues listening to recording from the Cisco Workforce Optimization portal.

I am seeing internal server error and unable to load energy data.

Kindly Advice.

What I have done so far

I have restarted the server and also I have restarted the Jetty services and DataAPI services.

Still having the same issue
