Cisco vCUSP 10.2 Backup Restore Issue

Dear All,

Production vCUSP version 9.1.6 up and running. Backup has been taken using FTP for Configuration and Data. Shutdown Primary vCUSP 9.1.6.

Installed vCUSP 10.2 with the same IP and Hostname. Backup has been taken using SFTP.

copied 9.1.6 configuration and Data folder to 10.2 backup folders. ( Replaced). Backup was restored but the route group and route table are missing. ( Restoration is partial)

able to restore vCUSP 9.x to 9.x , 10.1 but 10.2 not succeed.
