CITOS Agent Softphone Error

Hi,

1) When i click on the dial button, i get an error with the usual "Send Error Report" to Microsoft. In the event viewer application log, i have "Faulting application ctiossoftphone.exe, version 6.0.0.0, faulting module gridcontrol.dll, version 1.0.0.1, fault address 0x00005733."

2) Am i right to say that outgoing calls, when hang up, the Wrap Up window will not pop up?

Point 1 is caused by having xpsp2 on the machine
