Click To Dial using CAD outdial pad on UCCX 5.X

I have a customer who wants the CAD to out dial a customer number. I am guessing I could use a Task Button and a macro - to copy the number from their CRM application screen and use the dial pad to dial out. Will this work? In the Macro Recorder does it allow clicking the dial pad and paste the number and enter? is there a better way to do click to dial - where the number comes from the CRM screen? Thanks.

Hi Rajan,

This may be overkill just for click-to-dial, but if your client is interested in other CRM integration features such as highlight & dial, screen-pop, automatic activity creation/population and call recording/logging in to the CRM...then you might want to consider our Interact application.
