Hi,
I am looking for some information on Cisco Nice WFM RTA adaptor, to see if the current v4.6 adaptor supports Nice's new Cloud Work Force Management (WFM) solution 7.2/7.3 to version 12?
Questions are:-
1. Will the current 4.6 TRA adaptor work or does it need upgrading.
2. A list of all other RTA Adaptor changes, which will be required, to completely support the Nice Clouds services.
Once the end to end network connectivity has been setup, using IPSec VPN.
3. Cost or date rate from Cisco AS should we need support?
