I am configuring B-ACD with drop through option on a CME system with IOS version 12.4(4)T3.
when I enter configuration commands under Application > service autoatt1, I get a warning : parameter X has not been registered under autoatt1 namespace. Is this normal ?
Besides, when we call the aa pilot number, the call disconnects when a prompt has to be displayed with the following error on deb voip appli script :
TCL script failure
Result: Error adding URL to prompt list while excuting "media play leg_incoming _bacd_allagentsbusy.au" ("ls_002" arm line 16) etc.
I used the config from Cisco sites and did not change the scripts or the default files.
Could you please help ?
