Compatibility between WEIM and IE(9)

Dears,

We have WEIM 4.3(1) installed.

I am facing an issue of compatibility with IE(9) when we try to begin a chat session from the customer side. Did anyone have faced the same issue with 4.3(1)?  4.3(2)?

Customers on 4.3.2 will get this support for IE9 with ES8 and this will
be also part of 4.4
