May I know if compliance recording (CR) able to record calls from IP phone in encrypted mode? Thanks.

Yes. Note that Authenticated, non-encrypted calls are not supported still with the BiB. The release notes state this as a new feature in 8.5(2): Release Notes for Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization Quality Management 8.5(2) (Base + all SRs)
