Configure Custom userdata in UCCE

During receiving a call in the Finesse desktop we receive in the ringing event in the UserData block several variables that are not defined in the configuration.
Does anyone have any idea where those variables can be added to the UserData block?

Hi, you may need to clarify exactly what you mean. Are you talking about the data displayed in the Toaster notification? Data displayed in the Finesse desktop itself? Something else? Can you provide the version number and maybe a screenshot of what you're seeing/not seeing?

Hello,

typically the variables displayed on Finesse Agent Desktop are configured as Call Variables Layouts in Finesse Administration. You can read about it here:

Also, in the ICM script the variable user.Layout defines which Call Variables Layout from Finesse will be used for your call.
