Hi Guys,

Need some help. I want to download all the necessary image files for UCCE 8.5 ( router, logger, PG and CVP). 

Can someone please help here.

there is no install media available on cisco download as per my knowledge, you need to request them from cisco.

and one more thing, there is one singe media or all ICM component(Router,logger,AW,PG,CTI server etc), different media for CVP,CUCM,finesse,CUIC etc components.
