We're upgrading OS on desktops/notebooks and need to know if there is a Desktop Administrator client for Windows 7.

Not specifically, no. However version 8 of UCCX will be entirely web based. Additionally with 7 you can run the Desktop Administrator on the UCCX box (which I generally recommend versus installing it out)
