Contact Center Solution for Cisco and Microsoft?

     I have been task by management to find a contact center solution compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Platform and Microsoft Lync. Anyone out there know if Cisco Contact Center would support this deployment or know of any other third party packages out there that would?
