IPCCX 3.5.3
In real time reporting I can see 1 call waiting in all of my queues which has been there >24hrs, but there is no call in waiting in the queue?
Any ideas where this call may be appearing from?

Hi,
This is the call which is stuck in the queue.
You will need to restart the engine to clear the stuck call.
