COP file for UCCX 11 upgrade (from 10.6)

Hi,

I'm at the beginning stages of upgrading 10.6 to 11.0(1).  In Cisco's documentation, one of the steps is to download a COP file under 11.0(1) from Cisco Customer Response Solution Software Releases.  The only COP file under 11.0(1) is a language pack cop file.  Is this correct?  Is this the only cop file to be installed?  Under the COPFILE section there are 2 cop files, one is for an engineer special and the other is for Refresh Upgrade COP for upgrading from 9.0(2)SU2/10.0(1)SU1 Releases, which this is not.

I just want to make sure I am understanding correctly or if something is missing from the documentation.

Aaron, there is no need to apply the RU cop file or any other COP file for that matter in order to upgrade from 10.6 to 11.0(1) since this is a Linux to Linux upgrade. RU cop file is only required when you upgrade from 9.x.x or 10.0..x to 11.0.x. Same is documented in below upgrade guide as well:

ciscouccx.refresh_upgrade_v1.11.cop.sgn is only required when you are upgrading from 9.0(2)SU2/10.0(1)SU1 to 11.0.1

uccx-language-pack_19-11.0.1.10000-1.cop.sgn is only required when you want to enable additional language for Finesse agents apart from English US (default) such as French, German etc.
