CRA vs CRS

Hi,

I have CDs of CRA 3.5 where i can found an IP IVR (That is what I want to install).

I have downloaded a software called CRS 4.0

Question: Is the CRA 3.5 the previous version of CRS 4.0 ?

Is it the same application with name changed?

Therefore, can I install the software i downloaded on CCO which is called CRS 4.0 directly and should I use documentation about CRA as I do not find documentation about CRS !!

My question is a mess, so is my understanding of this strange applications...

Why do they change the name !

Yes, these are the same thing. CRA is Cisco Response Administration and CRS is Cisco Response Solution. Feel freely to use interchangable documentation.

So that means I can install CRA 3.5 and upgrade with CRS 4.0 ???

Can you help me find some documentation about this upgrade ?

You can upgrade from 3.5 to 4.0
