Try:
Change the value of RemoveServerHeader in urlscan.ini (C:\Winnt\system32\inetsrv\URLscan\urlscan.ini) from 1 to 0 and reboot the server. OS 2000.4.3asr2 sets RemoveServerHeader to 1 to workaround this issue until RTMT can correct behavior

What if it's already set to 0?

Amrit,
The value was already set to 0 and I tried both values and it did not help.
I think it has got something to do with the DC directory. The other stores for prompts etc are accessible. Only the scripts are not accessible.

I worked with TAC for a couple of hours today and they are stumped so far. We are picking it back up tomorrow and going to the escalation team. I'll update if I get a resolution.

This is probably unrelated but I believe that 2000.4.3asr2 was pulled from the catability matrix. The current 2000.4.3asr4 is supported.

What about sr3?

I am on sr4 now and no change. Still the same error.

Were you ever able to fix this? I'm having the *exact* same problem.
