Unexpected in IPCC5 I got in Script management next error:
Error while handling the input request.
java.lang.NullPointerException
Please help what to do?

We need more of a description then that! Is this a new contact center? Any custom java or database dips?
Do a debug on it, and find out where its failing. Then post us the script telling us where its failing and someone may be able to help.
