CSQ(predictive Outbound Agent CSQ) name should get display on agent finesse desktop when agent gets reserved for outbound call.

Hi All,

We have configured outbound in predictive mode, now client has come with requirement where he wants CSQ name should get displayed on agent finesse desktop when agent gets reserved.

By default it does not shows CSQ name in finesse agent desktop, can we achieve this by doing some customization?

In case of Agent Predictive Outbound Dialer, call is not routed from CSQ to the agent rather it directly comes to the Agent Extension from CTI port. This is the reason, the dial peers you create on GW point to the agents extension. There is no CSQ involve whatsoever and hence you cannot display the same either.
