Hello,
We developed a CTI bar based on Cisco's ActiveX (in vb.NET).
We are inspired by the sample "CTI Toolkit AgentDesktop"
We developed this bar in version 7.2.
We just pass it in 8.5 (ActiveX update)
Everything works properly except one small detail on the composition of phone numbers.
When we use "CTI Dialing PAD" we can input the phone number with the keyboard.
But now, nothing happen when we press the enter key.
We have to press the "Make Call" button to dial the number.
Before the migration and on the "Agent desktop" pressing the enter key launched the dialing.
The module "CTI Dialing PAD" seems to be the same in our bar as in "Agent desktop".
How to explain that the enter key don't work ?
