UCCE 10.5 with eGain stack for eMail/Chat
NICE Voice Logger
Nice Voice Logger is not receiving any Agent PG CTI Events (CTI Server - All Events Client) for eMail and Chat contacts. Voice call events work just fine.
How do we enable CTI server to transmit these to the NICE link.
Could you check if there are any errors in the log, that could help us understand the problem?
